What is CPR, First Aid, and AED Training?

This comprehensive CPR, First Aid, and AED training course is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills needed to respond effectively in emergency situations. Whether you are a workplace responder, caregiver, teacher, coach, or simply a concerned citizen, this course provides the knowledge and hands-on training necessary to save lives. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies, choking incidents, and sudden illnesses, as well as how to properly administer CPR (for adults, children, and infants), use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and perform basic first aid techniques for injuries and medical emergencies. This course follows the latest emergency care guidelines and is led by certified instructors. Upon successful completion, participants will receive their CPR/First Aid/AED certification which is valid for two years.

  • Recognition and Treatment of Medical Emergencies:Develop the ability to identify and provide initial care for critical medical conditions, including strokes, heart attacks, and seizures.
  • Scene Safety and Emergency Action Steps:Understand how to assess emergency situations, ensure personal and bystander safety, and take appropriate action to provide effective assistance.
